It is a junk article, but what?
We've known what those weapons bays look like for months now because that mockup was shown at the 2021 Zhuhai Airshow, which took please from Sep 28 to Oct 23.

The all-electric CSC005 VTOL Recon/Surveillance UAV has made its appearance on a Chinese naval ship. The UAV was previously shown at the West China Expo in September of 2018.
Specs are as follows:
- Max takeoff weight: 21kg
- Useful load: 2kg
- Endurance with 1.5kg payload: 1.5hr
- Endurance without payload: 2hr+
- Speeds: 70km-110km/hr
- Ceiling: 4500m
- Dimensions (LxWxH): 1.8mx3.3mx0.4m
- Remote control/datalink range: ≥ 50km
- All-electric propulsion.

They installed loudspeakers to presumably communicate with transgressors?
Seems so. The loud speaker seems to be mounted on a rotating turret. The craft on the left seems to have its loud speaker turned between the two photo shots. The craft on the right site has something much larger and cubic like mounted.
