Hard to tell, most of the damage is just from ground impact. There are some perforations in the engine housing that might have been shrapnel, but could just be from engine parts coming apart upon ground impact.
If it was a hit, it was a very marginal one that maybe only just clipped the engines and caused the UACV to crash after loosing engine power.
Overall, on balance of probabilities, I would say it’s more likely this drone came down by itself.
It is a little concerning that this appears to be the second wing loong to go down absent obvious evidence of enemy action.
Although it’s funny the Americans and Israelis appear to get the blame when this drone has nothing to do with either.
