So perhaps China already has advisors in Iraq?

It's China after sale tech support service for the CH-4B drones. They provide better tech support service than buying computers from Dell.
If we got any problems with the computer from Dell after they got our money, we have to call India for help! China drone company got technicians right next to you holding your hands and says no worries I'm right here to help you on how to correctly and accurately bomb them terrorists with these new toys.
At least technical and tactical assistant in case of operating Chinese supplied equipment as evident by this case. It was a long time ago that China officially agreed to assist Iraq in fighting terrorists in her own way. We have seen this in Sudan??? Now we see Iraq. Maybe tomorrow we see in Syria???
