But, Why China use PESA Radar for JL-10/L-15 Trainer?
What is the Advantages for it?

To admit, I don't know and even more I think that the Chinese version JL-10 does not have a radar - at least not the small PESA - since it has a pitot.

Likely as a trainer it don't need the sophistication of the AESA radar. Also, it's less power demanding and cheaper in terms of price and maintenance.
