How would Uruguay pay? with soya beans?
The political price would be too high for the party in the government.
The author is right when he says that the army is seen as the enemy by some sectors in the party but that's not the only problem
Uruguayan people do not see the army as something relevant, a high percentage of the population think the armed forces are unnecessary for a country of Uruguayan size and geopolitical condition.

i know this might be somewhat unrelated, but i've been playing this Simple Planes game for a while now, it's a game where people can create all sorts of crafts (planes, cars, ship, spaceship, etc,). and this guy created perhaps one of the most accurate recreations of L-15 in the game, you guys should check it out.
That is true, but the Aire Force need urgent a new vector for combat.
Few months ago a grup off Pilot and mechanics visit Hongdu and flown the aircraft.
Y feel that number off aircraft are inadequate for boht mision, we need at lest 12 minimum.
However we hope
