Adora Flower City has been floated.

The boiler system of the Adora Flower City has been fired up for the first time. Note the boilers are not for propulsion but are for onboard heating, providing hot water, and so on.

Is there any evidence of the US port tax on Chinese-built vessels having an effect on the shipbuilding industry in China?

You could try checking the previous page before asking.

The threats of tariffs, port fees from the U.S. on Chinese-built ships, and a slowing overall market for newbuilds have yet to chip away at China’s leadership in shipbuilding. The latest data from Clarkson Research points to China’s continued dominance while South Korea and others look for new strategies to take advantage of the uncertainties in the market.

Simulation models of floating nuclear power plants from academic paper(s). Posted by SOYO on Weibo.

Some comments from SOYO:
- These are old models, which has been around for 6 or 7 years.
- The reactor pressure vessel is a real big cylinder.
- This is the civilian nuclear power platform with the most publicly-available details. Since the platform is equipped with a large cylinder with a diameter of 17 meters - In other words, it indirectly confirms the military ship usage characteristics of the square box (reactor housing/containment structure).

TL; DR - It is almost certain that the unknown ship currently under construction at that particular drydock at Dalian is a military warship.

Also, a correction on this statement from SOYO:

This isn't necessarily true. The above illustration from certain academic paper does show that the reactor housing/containment structure of certain nuclear-powered icebreaker design can be box-shaped (Whether that be based on actual plans or only placeholder models for simulation purposes only).
