Are they able to use pulp as marine fuel?

Don't think so. At best they can go dual fuel LNG + Diesel & Scrubber, but there is no mention of that either so I will assume only diesel + scrubber.

They are laying something in the dock after 003 has left it. Chances are they will start moving the modules from the left into it, and its going to be another LNG or Ethylene carrier like the other ships around it.

I think those are the keel blocks for 003. They havent yet moved those keel blocks since 003 had just left on the day before.
