Ultra-high precision CNC machine for lithography optics from Beijing Prosper Precision Machine Tool Co passed test. The machine’s precision is between 100nm to 200nm. 100nm precision can be achieved with strict environmental control (temp and vibration?). It can produce optics up to 700mm in size. The company teamed up with Changchun Optics to develop the machine.
The next focus of the company is to produce CNC machine with precision of 50nm and optic size up to 2m.
