Huh, interesting to see that SMIC beats out everyone when it comes to percentage of revenue/budget (?) devoted to R&D.
They have a lot of catching up to do.Huh, interesting to see that SMIC beats out everyone when it comes to percentage of revenue/budget (?) devoted to R&D.
Pardon me, but I can't find anything on the SSA 1000
This article states that SMEE had in April of 2020 made a breakthrough and developed a 22nm DUV Litho machine (SSA1000) that will be able to produce Chips in 5nm node. Machine just developed & will take time to be released.
What does this have to do with semiconductors?, please keep this nonsense off the board.
It's SSB800 and the article doesn't have anything about that. I don't think "SSB1000" is any official designation.Pardon me, but I can't find anything on the SSA 1000
SSA800 is the 28nm DUV machine coming out in December which can do 7nm node.Pardon me, but I can't find anything on the SSA 1000
