Anything GaN is still rare outside China. China has GaN-on-SiC on fighter jets, which tells me naval procurement should at least be that going by the usual diffusion path of tech in militaries. If GaN-on-Dia is in service or testing, I think it would be the new 055 batch or the KJ-3000. Only those would have the cooling headroom to fully exploit it.
