The YLC-12 C-band medium and low-altitude multifunctional radar, used for detecting fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, UAVs, cruise missiles, and incoming artillery shells. The telescoping arm elevates the antenna to a height of 20+ meters.

Both J-20 and J-16 have received recent radar/avionics upgrades. I'd be surprised if the new radars weren't GaN.

What actual indications do we have of GaN arrays in China?
Are there mentions of those in chinese media? Which?
Are there mentions of those aetospace industry publications? Which?
Are there mentions from the PLA itself? Which?
Most telling, are there mentions of such tech used in export model radars? (Perhaps at one of more recent zhuhai shows)
