does anyone know what helicopters and LCAC Thailand is using with the Type 071 LPD?

if they have none why would they decide to buy a LPD when can't really utilise its design capabilities ?

Royal Thai Navy has 28 helicopters and an unknwn number of VTOL drones.

HTMS Chang, i.e. type 071E is mainly used as a transport ship for troop and cargo, it is useful in disaster relief. And here is the surprise, Thailand has 1,430 islands, although many of these are small and uninhabited. And one of them has the same name as the type 071E, Ko Chang (Elephant island).

A 053H3, No. 527 Luoyang is retiring. Since multiple 053H3 frigates are still active in PLAN, and 527 Luoyang is a relatively new ship (commissioned in 2005), it's quite possible there is a foreign buyer.
Good opportunity to donate to a friendly but poor country like Bangladesh, Cambodia, Sri Lanka.

It'd be funny if it was Thailand to get some traction on the eternal submarine drama.

Not an export per se, but this thread is the most appropriate place. China has donated a fast patrol boat to Seychelles to be used by its coast guard.
