Appears similar, and also to the smaller Russian Furke-2 radar, the German Cassidian TRS-3D and the British BAE Artisan 3D radars.
Compared to SMART-S, this radar may have a range advantage. We are only looking at the S-band variant in this chart showing a family of radars. That's 250km against a 2m2 RCS object, as in a small fighter sized. SMART-S Mk. 2 is 250km maximum range, both instrumented and against a patrol aircraft. So there is room there for a greater range, and likely can be over 300km+ against larger RCS sized aircraft like bombers or fully laden fighters. So it might be comparable to the Type 382 in terms of range but smaller.
Other than that, likely similar shill feature list: pulse compression, digital multi-beamforming, solid state, high ECM resistance, yada yada.
