Obstacle Course training for the Chinese Police Special Forces unit. What's interesting in this video is they are carrying what looks like AR-type carbine instead of the usual Type 95.

I think the gun in the video is a Norinco CQ 556 which is a M4 or M16 copy. Still interesting why they use that weapon instead of type-03

Is that video taken on board a old Type 037 missile boat ? In a few years all the Type 037 missile boats will be replaced by the Type 056 corvettes.
