AFAIK, C13B deal does NOT cover chopper. Not sure. Or, guess Bangladeshi insists the heli-operation capability (to be tested)...

The Z-19E program, the export version of the Z-19 used by the Chinese army, passed its general certification today with success. This means that development is officially over and mass production will begin soon.
