Chinese military exports to other countries

If scouts and infantry support is what an army needs at the moment, then Snow Leopard mobile gun system and the Dong Feng Humvees can fulfill those roles well enough without the complexities a tracked vehicles brings with it.
A light tank's main job is to do the job of a tank in an environment where full sized MBTs have trouble accessing, this will mean forming armed spearheads in either an amphibious or airborne assault.
Though in this case, since this light tank is an export version then we can add the reasons of price tags to it's purchase by foreign nations. Many 3rd world countries can ill afford to buy and maintain a fleet of modern MBTs. And we will very well see them in combats which they were not originally intended for.

Speed was the traditional reason for being of a light tank. Yet from what I have read when compared to VT4 these two tanks are getting the same speeds. It's possible that the VT5 has better acceleration but is that justification? Generally the Main battle tank evolved from the Medium weight or cruiser tank by absorbing missions and roles from the Heavy tank, and continuing the flexibility of the Medium tank well achieving the speed of the light tank thanks to better automotive technology.
In the modern world there is no major speed advantage to a light tank vs a MBT.

why didnt Kazakhstan bought Y-9E instead of Y-8F200WA ??

According to the magazine "Modern Weaponry", Norinco has started the delivery of AH4 155mm lightweight howitzer to the first customer.

Equipment for one artillery battery (6 Guns?) will be delivered for testing and training.

And Looky here towed by the barrel. I thought someone said that didn't happen on modern Howitzers....
