The Chinese embassy in Algeria organized a reception during which various systems were exhibited. As was the case with a similar event back in 2022, not all or perhaps even the majority of the systems on display are available for export. The purpose of such exhibits is to increase a potential customer's confidence in China's technological and engineering capabilities, thereby making it easier to market various systems China does wish to export, such as UCAVs, radars, SAMs, etc

I wonder if the Pentagon gonna acquire some of them...or perhaps They're the ones behind the purchase ??Thailand has bought another batch of more than a thousand 122mm rockets, including SHE-30 and SHE-40.
How does this work?
Why would the Thais work with them on this? They are regular Chinese customers and seem to be pretty good at not disclosing stuff to malicious actors...
Money talks. Also it is not like the Thai need to sell them the Chinese Grad rockets per se. They could sell to the US the Grad rockets they have in stock, and refill the stock by buying Grad rockets from China.
Heck even Serbia seems to have no qualms selling Ukraine directly or indirectly small arms rounds and Grad rockets. Some Slavic brotherhood.
