An export laser jamming/countermeasures device shown at the 10th World Radar Expo in Beijing. It's used against laser guided weapons such as ATGMs and LGBs by spoofing the designating laser beam. When a laser receiver at the base of the unit detects a designating laser beam from the enemy, the turret at the top will emit a laser beam in the appropriate direction to spoof the designating laser and direct the enemy munitions away from the intended target.
Another similar system from CETC, but it looks more capable.
