A model of a new armor vehicle from NORINCO was shown at IDEX2021. I have not been able to locate more information. I think this might be geared toward urban fighting. Note the two remote controlled machine guns in the rear corners, which would be a nice feature in an urban setting. The engine appears to be mounted in the back, so this implies no rear door or ramp. There are also many exhaust grilles all over the vehicle, whose functions I cannot explain. The turret appears to be manned (two hatches) or maybe optionally manned, and mounted on its sides are what appears to be retractable missile launchers. A driver's hatch (with periscopes) is located just before the turret. This arrangement leaves a lot of internal space in the front third of the vehicle, and I wonder what that space is used for. I also wonder if there is a door somewhere on the side(s) of the vehicle for ingress and egress, assuming the vehicle is designed to carry additional troops; it might not be. This thing is heavily armored, especially on the top surface, which again is a good feature for urban fighting. Five sizable road wheels on each side, and I wonder if this is based on the VT4 or another recent MBT chassis.

Said to be VN-50. It's a heavy IFV proposal, based on VT-4 chassis.

An earlier version of the model. This one from 2019
