Yet another unmanned transport took to the skies for the first time. The SA750U is being developed by Shanhe Huayu Aviation Technology (山河华宇航空科技) and is powered by a single AEP100A turboprop.

That GJ-11 might be a land-based variant (or an earlier design variant).
Do we know where it was seen?
Sounds like Nanchang accent to me.
Apparently this isn't the first time that the GJ-11 (PLAAF or PLAN variant) has been photographed/videotaped by amateurs.
This one is from December 2020, said to be taken somewhere around Nanchang.
