Still, I think there should be a mil version of DJI, those drones don't need to be fancy but still they'll benefit from standardization and economy of scale, milspec jam resistance, R&D on next gen full automatous drone and so on, everything civilian drone industry cannot provide
We can't tell how good the communication modules and command & control modules are from the pictures.
The economy of scale is already here. Russia and Ukraine are paying for that.

If this is training, learning how to put together your own FPV drone is not overly difficult and goes a long way to helping you understand how the drone works.
IMO with the huge variety of larger/more expensive UAVs being put on display, there should already be strike versions of FPVs out and about that don't require soldiers to fiddle with wires and antennas in the field. It is disposable, so ideally they should be made to be as uniform as possible so any mildly trained drone pilot can just pull one of many out of a backpack and get to work.

The first full-scale prototype of the W5000 transport UAV has rolled off the line at Changzhou. Posted by @太湖君I名 on Weibo.

Hopefully we can have a 8-10-ton version in the future, with 4 turboprop engines and a larger cargo compartment. The ability to operate from highway strips and unpaved airstrips would be a bonus (for both versions).

W5000 unmanned transport roll-off ceremony. W5000 is powered by two AEP100 turboprops.
