Huaqiangbei experts strike again.
come to think of it, I often see a lot of burly/beefy Russian-looking men with cropped hair milling about whenever I go to Huaqianbei.
they might be civilian, or military, who knows!!
For those who don't know much about that locality in Shenzhen, it is a place full of shops selling all kinds of electronic products, including phones and drones. China won't openly support the Russian war efforts of course, but I guess most Chinese citizens are quietly on the side of the Russians and not surprisingly would gladly sell them dual-use products.
