According to Marine Alert 78/24 issued by the Guangdong Maritime Bureau, a Chinese marine environment and terrestrial magnetism measurement drone, measuring 4 meters in length, crashed into the sea in May 2024 at coordinates 20°41′42″N 120°04′36″E.
