The Ukrainian Telegram channel BTVT.Info recently posted these patent drawings supposedly related to new Chinese IFVs. The design includes an intricate lattice and added framing. Anyone have any thoughts on the veracity of these claims, and whether the designs signal real changes for the ZBD series?

These don't look like any Chinese IFV and look like model manual

There's a hole on the right side of the front turrent, just next to the gun axis, suspect to be the eject opening and that's a typical character for a cta gun. The hole is about 70mm in diameter which is close to the NATO 40 cta ammo size.
is thee a thread with more discussion on that particular gun? I'm rather fascinated by whatever primary armament is on the new type 100s

According to CCTV's military news report, the weight of the new airborne vehicle family should be less than 20 tons, enough to be transported and airdropped by Y-20 (of course, it does not rule out the possibility that it will still describe the Type 03 airborne vehicle as a new type of equipment, which is also something that China's military reports always can do).1000020292.jpg

Some nice high-resolution images of ZBD05s and ZTD05s from a training exercise.
