This video shows some new segments of Mengshi-III.
One version displayed seems to be armed with HJ-73(I think?)
From the looks of it, yes since the other Chinese ATGM's are usually fired from tubes
Looks like they've at least reprofiled the hull and made some other changes like the driver periscope location (fixed on the hull, not the hatch)..The improved ZBD04 spotted again. It's likely undergoing winter testing in the far north.

You're indeed correct. ZBD-04B confirmed.
Note the reprofiled front hull with a steeper angle compared to ZBD-04A. Maybe they had some problem with the front hull overhang striking the ground when going down a steep hill. Another guess is they found out it's porpoising when afloat and the change is meant to fix that issue.
