I wonder how different is this from the ZBD-04A. Is it entirely new model, or just a further evolution of ZBD-04A.

According to the Weibo poster, this is the control panel for the hydropneumatic suspension of the Mengshi II vehicle. The Chinese writing on the panel confirms that it indeed controls a hydropneumatic suspension. It think the panel is probably mounted on the right-side dash next to the driver.
P.S. I didn't know hydropneumatic suspension is available for Mengshi II.
