All of them have this capability, but it's rarely performed in peace time.

The Russians first did it for sure with a manned BMD 2 in 2010. The vehicle moves around alot during the drop and was even horizontal in that drop. the small crew compartment helps to a degree I am sure as it would keep the passengers pined in place during the fall but there is no way to properly absorb the impact other than the vehicle itself. Would rather have the vehicle come down empty myself I mean there are so many ways it can end in a dented Tin can.
It happened in full scale back in 1970-80s(huge "zapad-81", for example, included airdrop of wjole 7th airborne, including one of her regiments - partially mounted, I.E. With crews inside )
Crew seats are specifically designed with shock absorbing functionality; vehicle platforms also include retro rockets, fired right before impact.
Idea behind is simple: crew can be driven far from vehicle by wind, and scenario, where BMD can be needed in combat right after the drop is a very realistic one. Airborne formation is most vulnerable still in the air and in landing/assembly zone, so it's pays off.
