Well its clearly a ZTL-19 but are you posting these images as some sort of joke? Where do you even get images this small anymore?

Do you mean ZBL19? ZTL or the correct one, ZLT is the naming for wheeled assault vehicles like ZLT11 I'm pretty sure. 
Is anyone concerned that 04B is still not in full service? Even 19 IFV that came out later is now seen in higher frequency. With the new Type 100 family revealed, is it possible 04B was scrapped and next gen tracked IFV to use same Type 100 chassis?

Look at the positions of the front 2 circular anchor points. On the Type 100 its on the frontal slope and angled down. On that other picture they are flat and facing forward. Its obviously not the same hull.
