There's definitely something under the hatch, most likely a launcher for loitering munitions or vertical launch missiles that can be manually loaded by a drone operator. We can see the suspected launch tube on the tray through the gap
If it's just for electrical and mechanical equipment or storage, it doesn't need a top hatch. If it can't be manually loaded, then there's no need for a hatch facing the interior.

So, this vehicle is a mobile drone operator’s cabin.
The cannon and APS are both used for air-defense self-protection.

OK. No ideas or info. But if you would allow me to venture a guess.
- Vehicle is called Type-100 Support Vehicle
- Of significance, it does not have any ATGM of any sort
- The parade was conceived as army fighting formations, ie to fight alongside and support Type-100 which only has a 105mm gun
- Type-100 Support vehicle looks like it has some mini-AA gun like functionality (small AESA radar on top)
- It has a big drone
- What's inside that boxed up area?

My best guess:
- Type-100 support vehicle is used to support Type-100, as its name suggests
- Support in 2-3 forms
- To scout area in front using the large drone
- To deploy vertical launch ATGMs against main battle tanks? (Might be, but unlikely. Unlikely cos' the picture suggest a very thin plate between the soldier and the boxed up area. I don't know if there are safety issues with the vertical launch ATGMs there, but I could be wrong)
- To deploy own suicide drones against targets in front, from MBTs to troops hiding in trenches
- To provide additional AA cover against drones to help defend the Type-100

- It may well perform an battlefield "AWACS" cum "AA" (more specifically anti-drone) role that moves together with Type100 tank.
- If one may recall the Syrian war where the Syrian army had drones above the commanders in a safe house communicates actively to the tanks and boots on the ground on what to do and where potential enemies are, this could well be a mobile armored version of that commander giving instructions.
