Probably not. I think we've seen images Mengshi-III before with better RWS. It's just down to the needs of each branch and of course the cost benefit analysis of the system in question. Army needs numbers rocket force need capability simple as.
Hate this thing
Well, even other countries still can't afford to equip all of their light utility vehicle with RWS. This looks like a more sensible option. You still can shoot in the vehicle and not expose yourself. Plus since it's cheap, you can equip it in all vehicles as standard.
