That is another reason for the economic decline of Europe. Russia was the ideal trade partner. Providing cheap commodities and buying all their manufactured products. All that trade flow will be redirected to China, and possibly Turkey and the Central Asian republics.

Right now Russia is still trying to keep inflation down while new trade routes and partners are established through gray market sales. Things are still being imported from Europe via roundabout ways. But I expect this long term to be replaced with Russia putting tariffs on most European and US origin imports.

Why do you assume it's exporting only advanced manufacturing? China exports lots of things.
