Can’t take over everything, otherwise European countries have no reason to trade with China anymore. Gotta let others make some money
Yes, China should be careful about being scapegoated like the Jews as the ethnic group controlling everything. Currently, the US is the big bad wolf but once it's gone, it could easily be the Chinese. Remember China sucks at propaganda and so it needs to be proactive by providing space and opportunity for others especially if they ask for help. China should continue to pursue its policy of mutual benefit and aid but it cannot afford to be too greedy.

Outside of China's two spots, the top ten is dominated by the usual Western countries. That's a bit boring.

As China's consumer base grows in wealth and sophistication, will we also not see them start giving domestic brands more attention? This happened in EVs and mobile phones so why shouldn't it for luxury goods? We may be at a cusp here.

In recent years, Chinese brands have been slowly making inroads into the domestic market and changing consumers' perceptions. At the heart of this is Guochao, a trend that has been translated as "National tide," "China chic," and "Chinese retro".
Nike, Adidas are losing out in China Foreign brands have recently been feeling a bit anxious in China. Adidas and Nike reported disappointing sales in greater China. The revenue of Adidas in China in the first quarter of 2022 decreased by 28.4 percent compared with the same period last year, hitting a "new high" for the brand. Nike also reported a negative revenue growth in greater China in its first quarter. Just at the beginning of last year, the "shoe speculation" was popular among young people. A pair of Nike shoes were sold for tens of thousands of yuan, but this year, the "shoe speculation situation" is different. Chinese consumers seem to be no longer fascinated with foreign brands and are starting to focus on Chinese brands such as China-Chic.

CCTV documentary on summer fashion in China in 2022, especially on China wave of fashion.
Here's a pretty nice street interview posted just this morning:

Ralph Schoellhammer highlights here the stupidity of European approach to nuclear power.

I did some data tabulation this morning to show China's approach
Basically, we are down to Hualong-1 and AP-1000 series in China now with steady supply chain. Still not going to be really up to speed for a couple of more years, but at least the capacity is finally increasing in a meaningful way.

More importantly, this has significantly lowered cost and construction time. My table. Notice 50% bump in capacity from 2024 to 2028. And then another 2/3 bump in capacity for probably the 4/5 yrs after that

China’s goal should be to cultivate a network of external “allies” (vassals) that are as dependent on China as countries like Japan and South Korea are on America. I am forever reminded of just how powerless the US would be in its various sanctions if it didn’t have useful idiots like that

Bro sorry I disagree the Chinese goals are to be an opposite of the US, IF the Chinese do as you recommended then Nothing change as it's merely an extension of PAX AMERICANA. And also such strategy is alien to Chinese psyche, a possibility maybe we may see a return of a modify Tributary System.

Tributary system was actually pretty similar. Access to Chinese markets & trade in exchange for accepting the supremacy of the Chinese emperor, or else you get "sanctioned" and blocked from the Chinese trade system. It was quite similar to the US system except the US also militarily occupies its vassals and forces them to convert to its values, which I agree, China should not do.
