It doesn't mean everyone will wear hanfu and it also doesn't mean this is the future of Chinese fashion but it is an indication of a trend where the younger generation as both producers and consumers are gravitating towards their own traditional cultural elements for inspiration. We see this carry over into contemporary Chinese fashion with unique cultural elements.
