A moderator friend of mine at skyscrapercity is thinking of temporarily shutting down their Chinese daily photo thread because ,lets face it, decent photos are hard to come by from China since the advent the coronavirus-19. That's where I get the pix from flickr. I don't think he's made any decision yet. Read the last two posts in the link below.

Keep going. Pop, we appreciate your efforts and dedication. I think by you effort, you are showing to our community, especially those who haven't travelled far from their homes, (hell, I remembed George W Bush never been anywhere except Mexico before becoming POTUS) what life is actually like inside China. Hopefully in doing so, remove any pre-conceived prejudice of the big bad commie state where everyone lives in fear for the midnight knock, as per 1984 orwellian type of society.
For example, I've a co-worker come back with a group of students after their visit to China last year (before all the Covid-19 stuff). She could not believe her eyes. Why? Because she thought China was an oppressed society, so she expected people were miserable! Why did she think China was oppressed society? Because of the constant bombardments of negative images and news stories from our friends, the MSM.
So in short, keep going, Pop. Love your effort, and I'll support you 100%!
Gents.I'm really humbled by your kind words. I'll keep going. I'm not ill it's just hard to find decent photos of the Chinese people in China. I really miss the photos of the children and cultural events....I will do the best I can.
