Huang Yiguang works out with a hula-hoop at a village in Liancheng County, East China’s Fujian Province. Huang, 45, has been interested in kung fu since he was young and often takes any available time to practice kung fu stunts with various equipment. The homemade hula-hoops he uses weigh 20 and 26.5 kilograms each. He started to exercise with a hula-hoop in 2014 to reduce weight and tighten stomach muscles.
