Without knowing what entity it belongs to, I can read the three English letters on the ship "CRS" right below the bridge (the Chinese characters are too blur to read). CRS may suggests "China Rescue Ship". There are also some English words in the middle of the ship reads "Rescue Zone" and the equipment at the rear may suggest this is a rescue ship.
Question..is this a Chinese coast guard ship? Just what government entity does it belong to?
