According to a local newspaper, the building belongs to the Shenyang Chamber of Commerce, and the 17th floor is a security exchange center. ... about posting hi-res photos. And I agree with him.. All you fellows have to do is use a photo-hosting site to re-size your photos. imgur is free and easy to resize.. it can be done instantly or you can manually edit those gigantic pix....other photo hosting sites have the same ability.

I personally prefer hi-res photos. But I understand why the reasoning behind to reduce the size of the photos.
