It supposed to be made from non-toxic material, so I don't know for sure what it smells like.

At least one dead at the event. However, standing under 38C at 2pm makes me faint, let alone those powder.

He/she died from heat stroke? It happened before. Youngters taking drugs that cause their body to become too hot in some crowded event like a rock concert.

I'm guessing white flour mixed with food coloring. So according to the doctor, it shouldn't be a problem if you are not asthmatic.

Have fun breathing flour in and coughing dough out...

Flour and air is highly flamable jfyi.

Fifteen people were brought to safety and at least five people were confirmed dead after the Eastern Star capsized in China's Hubei Province during a severe storm Monday night with 458 people aboard, the official Xinhua News Agency said. Rescue teams search for survivors. The vessel was heading to southwest China's Chongqing city from Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province. It sank at around 9:28 p.m. local time in the Jianli section of the river.

Chinese authorities say six bodies have been recovered from the vessel. Seven people swam to shore and approximately 15 have been rescued in one of China's worst shipping disasters in recent years.
