I thought it starts snowing only in winter.

Nope.. I depends on weather conditions. I've seen snow here in Iowa as early as October and as late as April.I don't know where you live but here in the US this past week there was a snowstorm in South Dakota.

This idea is not even close to being new. When I was a kid in New York City they had restaurants called auto-mats...They started over 100 years ago. The last one closed in 1991.
