Football/soccer had its roots as a working class game, played by many who came from the school of hard knocks, so I don't think they will be a bunch of cry babies if they lost.It would make them more determined to win next time.

I blame the Americans for expecting that there has to be a winner in a contest hence soccer introduced the shoot out to humor them I reckon. It's a team game, why let the goalie and 5 guys decide the outcome. Its far better to have a replay.

No need to blame anyone. Our sporting culture is different that the rest of the World.. That's how we roll. You win or lose. No ties. Simple.

I'm out today & Saturday and have no time to post..I'll be in tomorrow.

I wonder if the success of the high speed rail lines will kill the potential of a platform like the ARJ-21.

I doubt it. Have you seen the numbers of people going on holidays during the Chinese New Year (somewhere in the 100s of millions)? They can take, trains, planes, buses, boats, and almost anything to move to one side of the country. Having many various types of transportation will help alleviate traffic.

Spy helicopter? Geez...
1. It's an aerial filming platform, usually used to make aerial videos of events, etc. If you really want a spying equipment you'll need to go for more advanced packages.
2. It's a quadcopter, as the 4 rotors suggest. In fact it looks like the DJI Phantom, but seems a bit smaller. The capability of the DJI Phantom itself is quite limited, and the total flight time with the GoPro camera is no more than 7min with standard configuration.

For a low intensity conflict like what syria is facing, along with the low tech nature of their overall military even before the civil war, I think even civilian uavs can be called "spy drones" :p
