Han Lei, 39, a man who was accused of killing a two-year-old girl by throwing her to the ground, is on trial at the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court in Beijing, capital of China, Sept. 25, 2013. Han was sentenced to death by the court on Wednesday. Han grabbed the girl from her carriage and hurled her to the ground in the Daxing District of Beijing on July 23, after an argument with the toddler's mother over a parking space. The teenage son of two renowned military singers was today sentenced to 10 years by a Beijing court for his involvement in a gang-rape case. The Haidian District People's Court said the 17-year-old man, surnamed Li and his four accomplices assaulted and gang-raped a woman, surnamed Yang at a Beijing hotel on February 17. Li is reported to be the only one who pledged not guilty during a two-day trial in late August. He reportedly insisted that they were paying for sex and he was so drunk that he became unconscious in the hotel. Li is son of famous Chinese military singer, 74-year-old Li Shuangjiang, and his wife Meng Ge, also a renowned military singer. [Photo/File Photo]

I don't know how any fisherman in anywhere around the world could a hold a fish with their bare hands without using gloves? I know I can't. Those sea critters are slippery, scaly and spiny (on the fins area).
