My city after one heavy rain would result like this. Water dept is about 1 meter (about 3 feet). Inside the fence is Mondial Center, one of the largest wedding banquet host in Phnom Penh. The center can host roughly 20 wedding banquets and can part thousands of cars. It's also where my wedding took place back in 2007.

August 29, 2013 at 1 pm, Zigong Huidong Branch Itakura police station received a call from persons in school within their jurisdiction. Citizens saw a car outside the school gate dump out a woman that was tied with transparent tape. The car quickly fled the scene. The victim Zhang Min because of the way she was bound was not injured.
