Well, election in Cambodia is somehow like a show. So you know who will win even before the show start. I don't mean to bring in politic discussion but I remember a theory in my political class a nation which has just transform from dictatorship need at least one generation before it could truly become a democratic state. This reminds me the democratic route of Taiwan after the death of both father and son of Chieng Kai Chek.

The situation in Phnom Penh after election was generally quiet except a few turmoil in the west of the city where two police cars were turned over and burnt. People claimed that there were many voters list missing that led to the anger of the people toward the N.E.C.

The final result is CPP got 68 seats and NRP got 55 seats of total 123 seats. Compared to previous election, it is considered a big lost of CPP that NRP has got very closed to it.

I think it's the later and he doesn't look too happy about it either. If he was there for the women he would have chatting up a storm by now and collecting emails and phone numbers.







Hmmm...perpetrator armed with only a knife and had already attacked several people and doesn't seem to be taking any hostages. I see clear shot and a green light for the sniper team. Police should take him out next time and save the drama and tax payers money.
