Yes.. and that person attacking is a coward.
I wish there would be a school bus for these children as I used to walk almost the same distance to school when I was about their ages.
Although she didn't win, she made many of us Chinese proud.
Congrats to Miss USA on her crowning victory, I was impressed by her. And no shame for being running up Miss Philippine she was stunning!
Man. I feel so sorry for these boys. when I was a kid in my first elementary school the walk to school was less than a 1/4 of a mile. The next school I went to it was about 1/2 a mile. Same for Junior High. My high school was two miles away. We rode a bus. In the USA many Americans take these things like school buses, personal autos for granted.
Awww C'mon What about those African lads and lasses. They run to school 20miles there and back and for a bit of fun , chase antelopes along the way. Thats one reason as to why they develop into such fine cross country and distance runners. Watching them lope along in cruise control and then step up a gear when required is simply amazing.

That's a pretty brave kid right there with the stick. I know he was trying to save his class mates from the attacker, but...young man...your gung fu is not good enough...yet.
Aww...cute, but slightly dangerous for the kids to ride like that without a helmet, than again it's an electric bike (not sure if those are less dangerous than the motor scooter).
