3. Pluming violation
4. Electrical violation
5. HVAC violation
6. Parking violation
7. Access to property not conducive with flow of traffic
8. Improper disposal of waste materials

Is this even legal? To plant a vegetable garden at a public space? Anyway, good for him (homeless man) to do that. The stadium still has some nice architectural elements to it. It probably will be sold to some developer in the future.
