Only if we could get some rain here in the U.S. We've got flooding in China and drought in the U.S. Only if we could balance things out a bit.

^^^^Here in eastern Iowa we have about a 8 inch deficit in precipitation. Now yesterday it did rain quite a bit in Cedar Rapids. 2.08 inches. But we are still in a very severe drought.

Wait till next year...there will be flooding from heavy rains after a year severe drought. That's what just happen here in Texas.

What is the normal annual rainfall and what happens to the water from the winter snow. Are you allowed to collect roof water .I buy my water .I use somewhere between 5-6000 British gallons a monthat a cost of 200- 230 dollars a month.
