I think this looks too smaller
Is this like some basic army qualification? I assume since they have some big markings on their helmets. Is the leader an NCO, or are they taking turns in squad leadership?
It is indeed HJ-12, with a shoulder pad in the middle, a connector in the front, and a unkown black protrusion at the back.
The markings on their helmets are because they're taking a tactical test.
What are they testing?
