Isn't that what the ASBM is for, such as the DF-21D and the DF-26 as well? Don't forget China is also developing their own LRSB stealth bomber as well.o_O
That is of course, assuming if the ASBM will work exactly as intended. Which for all unproven weapon systems have to be taken with a grain of salt. This is also assuming if the PLAAF will have enough LRSB type bombers to fly a constant blockade patrol after deducting the existing tasks of strategic long range strikes and nuclear deterrence, this again looking at how many B-2 were made due to the financial cost, can be taken as "not likely".

You no longer have to depend solely on large strategic bombers to fly constant blockade patrols. If anything this sort of role is better suited for drones.
