A typical local-TV-report covering most of all the excitement from the many spotters since you don't see such a unique aircraft all days! ... but unfortunately it starts with a big error: "Die Aufregung war groß, schließlich gibt es nur 20 Stück dieses Flugzeugs!" ... translated as "The excitement was great, after all there are only 20 of this aircraft!"

You do realize that youtube can translate the subtitles that it generates into any language right? I mean it isn't great, but it gets the meaning across.

How many flying with WS-20 ??
Do we have a way to differentiate WS-18 and D-30 on Y-20 ?? Did they test it or not ?

WS-20 engines are still under flight testings, so they are found only on Y20 engine testbeds.
There is no way to differentiate WS-18 and D-30 on Y20 if they are fitted inside the same engine cowlings and reverse thrusters, and this seem to be the case that we are seeing.
