When it comes to PLA watching, the grainier the image, the more likely that it is legit.
I say not real. Notice the engines are canted upwards. The engines on the real Y-20 Are horizontal. I think someone just PSed the photo of a normal Y-20 with D-30 engines by stretching and tilting the D-30 engine cowling and obscuring the rear of the engine by painting it black.
Just my opinion.

Actually, I reconsidered. I matched it up to a few other putative photos of Y-20 with WS-20 from different angles. The details around the fan cowlings match up too well. Either it was all faked by the same person and he was very detail oriented, or they are all real.
I am leaning towards they are all real.
